Transportation West Chester is located adjacent to I-75 and is only minutes from I-71. Recreation Sharon Woods, about an 8 minute drive, consists of 740 acres and includes an 18 hole golf course, boating, fishing, picnic area and nature trails, with a lakeside lodge and museum. There are four membership swim clubs: Hycrest, Lakota Hills, Beckett Ridge and Windwood. There are a number of fine 18 hole golf courses located just a few minutes drive from any of the neighborhoods of West Chester. Paramount's Kings Island is located just 10 minutes away in Mason, Ohio. The Beach Waterpark is also near Paramount's Kings Island and is the largest of its type in the area. Keener Park, which is a ten-acre local park, features tennis courts, baseball field and picnic area. The Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bengals provide professional sports entertainment and are less than 30 minutes drive to the stadiums.

Negotiating the sale or purchase of a home is a highly creative endeavor that can be stressful at times.
